We offer free standard shipping within the EU on orders over €500; all shipments are insured and require the customer to cover import duties, taxes, and customs fees for worldwide orders

We accept returns for full-price items within 14 days of receipt and store credit within 30 days—items must be undamaged. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Custom orders are final sale.
